Our mobile notaries and signing agents have been certified with the National Notary Association (NNA). In addition, they are licensed, bonded, and certified with the state of Arizona.

2. What are your business hours?

We provide services by appointment only on the following days and time:

Monday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-5pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 11am-3pm

After hours appointments may be available upon request.

3. What are your COVID protocols?

Please let us know what steps our notaries and signing agents can take to make you more comfortable.

4. What information do I need to get something notarized?

All signers must have a valid government issued ID.

5. What is the difference between a mobile notary and a notary signing agent?

A mobile notary typically notarizes documents such as jurats, acknowledgments, oaths/affirmations, etc., and is required to have a notary commission or certificate.

6. What is the price of your services?

Pricing is determined by the number of pages being notarized and the type of notarization.

7. What other types of services do you offer?

We offer document printing and notary embosser services upon request.

8. What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
